The service
A service is the work we agree in writing, including by email. A preview, a draft, or time already spent is not a promise to finish a project or to keep it online.
Ending a service
I may end any service at any time, for any reason. I will tell you when I do. You may end a service at any time by emailing me.
When a service ends, I may stop the work immediately. That includes design, development, hosting, domain or DNS management, email setup, previews, and any other access to systems I operate.
Ending a service does not cancel payment for work already done.
Your materials
Your name, logo, photos, copy, and domain name stay yours. My tools, templates, and working methods stay mine.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
