What I collect

Website

The marketing site is static. It does not have accounts or forms. If analytics are enabled, they record standard usage (pages viewed, approximate region). I do not sell that data.

Alqvimia app

• Account. Email, display name, and identifiers from Auth0 when you sign in.
• Profile. Optional fields you save (for example WhatsApp).
• Practice data. Sessions, enrolments, assigned combinations, and a link to your UA participant record if an admin has connected it.
• Diagnostics. Crash reports from Apple TestFlight or Google Play if you send them.

How it is used

To run the app: authenticate you, show your practices and catalogue, and let directors manage sessions. I do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

• Auth0 — sign-in (Google or other identity you choose).
• The Alqvimia API hosted for this project (including the development environment testers use).
• Apple and Google — store distribution, crash reports, and their own account data when you install from TestFlight or Play.

Directors and admins in your organization can see practice and roster data needed to run sessions. They cannot see your Auth0 password.

Retention

Account and practice data stay while the account exists. Ask [email protected] to delete an account. Store crash reports follow Apple and Google retention.

Children

Alqvimia is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

You can sign out, ask for a copy or deletion of your account data, or stop using the app. Uninstalling from a store does not automatically delete the server account.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
